You hear a real sample, made from your own book, before anything is paid.
Once a book reaches us we produce a short sample from an actual passage of it, narrated by the AI voice, at no cost and with no account or prepayment. Quality can therefore be judged before any money changes hands.
You send a book you already own. The whole book is rebuilt into a complete, listening-adapted English audiobook and delivered as MP3 files. Narration is AI-synthesized in a human-like voice — it is not human voice acting and not a human recording, and it never impersonates a specific person.
Each audiobook is a custom digital product, produced to commission from the specific book provided, and the deliverable is audio. Each order is quoted individually and the price is confirmed before any work or payment; books of unusual length are quoted separately. Payment is handled by Stripe, and we never see or store your card details.
After payment, the rule that applies turns on one question: has the finished audiobook been delivered?
Before delivery — a full refund, at any time, with no reason required. The period between payment and delivery of the finished files is the production window. Cancel within it by email and the payment is refunded in full, with no conditions attached.
After delivery — free revisions. Once the MP3 files are delivered they are yours to download and keep (the download link is time-limited; we re-send it free on request). Because the finished files are already in your hands, no-reason refunds do not apply after delivery. Where there is a clear, objective problem, or the result differs noticeably from the approved sample, a limited number of free revisions puts it right; if agreement still cannot be reached, we settle a fair refund or redo with you.
The narration is AI-generated, and AI can occasionally make mistakes. Where there's a clear error, the free revisions above are how we make it right.

Refunds are returned through the original payment channel (Stripe). Timing depends on Stripe and your card issuer or bank.
Nothing in this policy limits or removes any rights you have under the consumer-protection laws that apply to you, where those rights cannot be waived. This policy sets out what we offer in addition to, and consistent with, any such rights. Our overall responsibility for any order is described in our Terms of Service, and this policy is governed by the laws of Singapore.
