Once you send us a book, we produce a short sample — an actual passage from that book, narrated by our AI voice — at no cost, with no account and no prepayment required. You decide whether the quality is right for you before any money changes hands. That means the “this isn't what I expected” risk is settled up front, on our side of the line, not after you've paid.
So the policy below makes sense, here's what we deliver. You send us a book you already own, and we rebuild the whole book into a complete, listening-adapted English audiobook, delivered as MP3 files. The narration is AI-synthesized in a human-like voice — it is not human voice acting and not a real human recording, and it never impersonates a specific person.
This is a custom-made digital product: each audiobook is produced to order, from the specific book you provide, with a real person handling your order from start to finish. It is not a summary, not a translation, and there is no ebook or PDF — you already own the source book. Pricing is US$12.99 for standard audio and US$28.99 for premium audio quality; very long books are quoted separately, and we confirm the price with you before any work or payment. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details, and no account is required.
Once you've paid, your rights turn on a single question: have we delivered the finished audiobook yet?
Before the full audiobook is delivered — a full refund, any time, no reason needed. Between your payment and delivery of the finished files there's usually a short production window (typically 1–2 business days). During that window, if you change your mind for any reason, just email us and we'll issue a full refund. We haven't handed over the finished product yet, so there are no conditions.
After the full audiobook is delivered — we fix problems for free. Once the MP3 files are delivered, they're yours to download and keep (the download link is time-limited, but we'll re-send it free of charge on request). Because the finished files are already in your hands, we don't offer “no-reason” refunds after delivery. We do stand behind the work, though: if there's a clear, objective problem — or the result is noticeably different from the sample you approved — we'll provide a limited number of free revisions to put it right. If we genuinely can't make it right, we'll work out a fair refund or redo with you.
The narration is AI-generated, and AI can occasionally make mistakes. Where there's a clear error, the free revisions above are how we make it right.

Refunds are returned through the original payment channel (Stripe). They usually take a few business days to appear, and the exact timing depends on Stripe and your card issuer or bank.
Nothing in this policy limits or removes any rights you have under the consumer-protection laws that apply to you, where those rights cannot be waived. This policy sets out what we offer in addition to, and consistent with, any such rights. Our overall responsibility for any order is described in our Terms of Service, and this policy is governed by the laws of Singapore.
